A focused 1:1 working session for pod, microschool, and program founders. 50 minutes on your model, pricing, space, risks, and the next step that actually moves you forward.
This is not a sales call. It's a strategic working session.
Book Your Founder Deep Dive — $19950 minutes · 1:1 · You leave with a plan, not more tabs open
Whether it's still a note on your phone or a program that's already running, this session meets you where you actually are.
You keep thinking about it. Let's test the model, the math, and whether it fits your life — before you commit.
Model chosen, now the real questions: pricing, space, policies, and what to do in what order.
Enrollment, retention, pricing that's too low, or systems that all live in your head — let's fix the bottleneck.
Pod vs microschool vs tutoring collective vs enrichment — which one fits your goals, capacity, and market.
You bring the vision and the questions. We bring the structure — and the experience of having built this before.
You'll leave with a build plan — not more confusion.
We start with your intake and go deep on what matters most to your build. Some examples:
Pod, microschool, collective, enrichment, hybrid — and the one-sentence version families instantly get.
What to charge so the program survives — including paying yourself.
How many families you actually need — and where your first five come from.
Home, rented, borrowed, or hybrid — and how the day-to-day actually flows.
What your program likely is in your jurisdiction — and exactly what needs professional review.
The plans and policies parents are silently deciding on.
The website and enrollment system a professional-tuition program needs.
What's realistic between now and your first enrollment season.
Whatever stage you're at — we map the concrete first step.
This is strategic build work — not a lecture, not a webinar.
A short intake on your model, stage, and biggest obstacle. I read every one personally before we meet — we start where Google ends.
We work through your build in real time — model, numbers, gaps, and sequence.
You leave knowing what to do first, what to verify, and what to skip — on your own or with support.
Pick a time, complete your founder intake, and come ready to build.
The idea stage is the cheapest time to get strategy. One session now can save you a lease you shouldn't sign, a price you'd resent, or a model that doesn't fit your life.
No one honest will do that in a session — rules vary by jurisdiction. What we do is identify what your program likely is where you live, and build your exact list of what to verify with which professional.
You can — but the Deep Dive is the lowest-risk way to confirm your direction and whether the full program is even the right fit. And the $199 credits toward The Founder Year if you join.
Bring your idea, your numbers, and your questions — and leave with a build plan.

Learning Pods is a community platform for families, educators, and founders building or finding alternative education — learning pods, microschools, homeschool support programs, tutoring, and enrichment. You can browse for free, and most tools are free to start.
Use the Pod Map (in your sidebar under Network, or at /pod-map/) — it shows programs plotted near you, with filters for age, schedule, format, and budget.
Pick whichever describes most of what you're doing right now: Parent if you're looking for a program for your child, Facilitator/Educator if you teach or tutor, Founder if you run or want to start a program, Vendor if you offer products or services to programs. You can hold more than one role on the same account.
Yes. If your account has more than one role, a role switcher appears in your top navigation ("Switch role as...") — it changes your dashboard and profile fields without creating a second account.
Go to Profile from your account menu (top-right avatar). You can update your photo, bio, and role-specific details there.
Profile → Privacy tab has toggles for directory visibility, connection requests, online status, and notification preferences.
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page — we'll email you a reset link.
A free profile lets you create a listing and appear on the map. Network Membership adds enhanced visibility, weekly office hours, and member resources for a monthly fee — see /network-membership/ for the full comparison.
LearningPods OS is the bigger step up — it includes everything Network Membership does, plus the full backend system for inquiries, enrollment, payment tracking, parent communication, and documents. See /learningpods-os/.
Access usually updates automatically within a few minutes of payment. If it's been longer than that, contact us from the button below with the email you used to pay and we'll sort it out right away.
No — founding and pre-sale prices are early-access pricing and increase later (each product page shows the exact date). Locking in now keeps that lower price for as long as you stay subscribed.
Open their profile or find them in Members, and use the Message button — or go to Messages in your top navigation to see all your conversations.
Go to /regional-groups/create.php (or "Build Your Own Program" in the Resource Library) — a short wizard walks you through details, photos, and location. Your program then appears on the Pod Map and is written to help it get found in search.
Community (in your sidebar under Network) opens straight into the feed — post, ask a question, or filter by topic chips relevant to your role.
Use the Contact button below, or go to /contact/ any time — a real person reads every message.
The Resource Library (/resources/) has free guides, checklists, and worksheets for every role, plus paid courses and programs when you're ready to go deeper.
