Whether you are building something new, already running a program, supporting families, offering services, or staying active in alternative education, you need more than a folder of resources.
You need a place to stay connected.
A place to ask questions.
A place to be visible.
A place to keep building, improving, and sustaining your work.
Learning Pods Membership gives you access to the Network, weekly support, role-based resources, and — if you choose the OS tier — the backend system to run your program with more clarity and less chaos.
Two membership options. Choose the level of support that fits where you are.
Choose Your MembershipThe Network Membership is for people who want to stay connected to the Learning Pods ecosystem without needing the full backend operating system.
This is a strong fit if you are exploring your role, offering services, supporting families, building relationships, or already running something with systems you are comfortable using.
You get access to the Learning Pods Network, weekly office hours, role-based resources, and a place to stay visible and supported inside the alternative education movement.
Included:
Best for: Educators, tutors, facilitators, enrichment providers, parent organizers, founders with existing tools, and people who want ongoing support without using the full OS.
Join Network MembershipThe OS Membership includes everything in the Network Membership, plus access to LearningPods OS.
This is for people building, launching, operating, or cleaning up the backend of a learning pod, microschool, homeschool support program, tutoring collective, enrichment offer, or education business.
If you are managing inquiries, booking calls, collecting payments, sending forms, following up with families, onboarding parents, or trying to keep everything from living in spreadsheets and DMs, this is the stronger fit.
Included:
Best for: Founders, pod owners, microschool leaders, homeschool support programs, tutoring and enrichment programs, and anyone who needs a clearer system to manage the business side of their work.
Join OS MembershipAlternative education can be exciting, but it can also feel scattered. You may be answering parent questions in one place, tracking leads in another, posting updates somewhere else, and trying to figure out what to do next while still serving families.
Learning Pods Membership gives you a clearer home base. Depending on your tier, you can use it to stay connected, get support, build visibility, organize your backend, and keep moving without doing everything alone.
The Network is where families, educators, founders, facilitators, service providers, and alternative education supporters can begin to find and connect with one another.
Your Network membership helps you stay visible, connected, and plugged into the larger movement.
Use it to:
This is for people who do not want to build or sustain their work in isolation.
Both membership tiers include weekly office hours. This is where you can bring what is actually happening in your work — not polished questions, not perfect updates, but the real decisions and stuck points.
Bring questions like:
Office hours are designed to help you keep moving.
Included with the OS Membership. LearningPods OS helps you manage the operational side of your learning pod, microschool, homeschool support program, tutoring collective, enrichment offer, or education business.
It gives you a central place to organize the parts that often become scattered:
The goal is not to make your program complicated. The goal is to make it easier to run. Your work can still feel personal, warm, and human — without everything depending on memory, inboxes, spreadsheets, and manual follow-up.

Network Membership helps you stay connected and supported. It gives you access to the ecosystem, office hours, resources, visibility, and community connection.
OS Membership helps you run the backend too. It includes everything in Network Membership, plus the operating system for inquiries, enrollment, communication, payments, onboarding, and program workflows.
Some members are just beginning. Some are actively enrolling. Some are already running a pod, microschool, enrichment offer, tutoring program, or homeschool support model. Some are educators or facilitators looking for families and opportunities. Some are coming out of the Accelerator and need a place to stay supported after launch.
This membership is designed for the full arc of the work:
build → launch → operate → sustain → grow
You do not have to be at the same stage as everyone else to belong here.
Alternative education is growing, but many people are still building alone. They are figuring out systems alone. Answering parent questions alone. Trying to stay visible alone. Creating resources alone. Managing families, payments, schedules, communication, and decisions without enough support.
Learning Pods Membership gives you a place to keep returning to.
A place for visibility.
A place for questions.
A place for tools.
A place for systems.
A place to stay connected to the larger movement while you keep building your part of it.
Includes Network access, weekly office hours, role-based resources, member visibility, community updates, and connection opportunities.
Join Network MembershipIncludes everything in Network Membership, plus LearningPods OS, inquiry tools, enrollment pipeline, booking, forms, landing pages, follow-up workflows, payment/deposit support, onboarding tools, and backend program support.
Join OS MembershipBoth memberships require a three-month minimum commitment. After the first three months, your membership continues monthly and may be canceled before your next billing date.
Payments are nonrefundable.
If you cancel, access to your membership benefits ends when your paid membership period concludes.
For OS Membership members, the original content you create inside your account belongs to you. Your contacts, written content, and eligible account data remain yours. Available export options depend on the platform tools in use.
Join the Network if you want connection, visibility, resources, and weekly support. Choose OS Membership if you also need the backend system to run your program with more clarity and less chaos.

Learning Pods is a community platform for families, educators, and founders building or finding alternative education — learning pods, microschools, homeschool support programs, tutoring, and enrichment. You can browse for free, and most tools are free to start.
Use the Pod Map (in your sidebar under Network, or at /pod-map/) — it shows programs plotted near you, with filters for age, schedule, format, and budget.
Pick whichever describes most of what you're doing right now: Parent if you're looking for a program for your child, Facilitator/Educator if you teach or tutor, Founder if you run or want to start a program, Vendor if you offer products or services to programs. You can hold more than one role on the same account.
Yes. If your account has more than one role, a role switcher appears in your top navigation ("Switch role as...") — it changes your dashboard and profile fields without creating a second account.
Go to Profile from your account menu (top-right avatar). You can update your photo, bio, and role-specific details there.
Profile → Privacy tab has toggles for directory visibility, connection requests, online status, and notification preferences.
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page — we'll email you a reset link.
A free profile lets you create a listing and appear on the map. Network Membership adds enhanced visibility, weekly office hours, and member resources for a monthly fee — see /network-membership/ for the full comparison.
LearningPods OS is the bigger step up — it includes everything Network Membership does, plus the full backend system for inquiries, enrollment, payment tracking, parent communication, and documents. See /learningpods-os/.
Access usually updates automatically within a few minutes of payment. If it's been longer than that, contact us from the button below with the email you used to pay and we'll sort it out right away.
No — founding and pre-sale prices are early-access pricing and increase later (each product page shows the exact date). Locking in now keeps that lower price for as long as you stay subscribed.
Open their profile or find them in Members, and use the Message button — or go to Messages in your top navigation to see all your conversations.
Go to /regional-groups/create.php (or "Build Your Own Program" in the Resource Library) — a short wizard walks you through details, photos, and location. Your program then appears on the Pod Map and is written to help it get found in search.
Community (in your sidebar under Network) opens straight into the feed — post, ask a question, or filter by topic chips relevant to your role.
Use the Contact button below, or go to /contact/ any time — a real person reads every message.
The Resource Library (/resources/) has free guides, checklists, and worksheets for every role, plus paid courses and programs when you're ready to go deeper.
