What being a Learning Pods Community Partner means — the role, the boundaries, and the language partners agree to use. Applying for or holding a partner profile means agreeing to everything on this page.
Learning Pods Community Partners are independent local connectors who help families, educators, and founders discover alternative education options, connect with local resources, and find the right Learning Pods tools, events, and support. Partners are not employees, agents, or corporate representatives of Learning Pods.
Partners must use approved Learning Pods language and referral disclosures. When sharing referral links, always disclose that a commission may be earned — for example: "I may earn a referral commission when you purchase through my links." Partner-offered services must be clearly marked as "Offered by this Community Partner, not by Learning Pods directly."
Any affiliate or referral earnings depend on actual referrals and are not guaranteed. Commission rates, eligible products, and payout timing are set by Learning Pods and may change. During the founding phase, commissions are tracked by the Learning Pods team and reported to partners directly.
Partnership starts with an application; approval is not guaranteed. Learning Pods may pause or suspend a partner profile at any time for breaking these guidelines, misleading claims, or conduct misaligned with the mission of serving families responsibly. Events, profiles, and materials referencing Learning Pods may require approval before publishing.
Questions about what you can say or run as a partner? Ask the Learning Pods team first — that's always the safe move.
